Your Data Belongs to You and Your Clients
How Audexflow collects, uses, stores, and protects information from firms, users, and clients, with client confidentiality at the centre.
1. Zero-Data Mining Commitment
Firm and client data uploaded into Audexflow (including trial balances, financial ledgers, PAN details, GST returns, tax computations, and audit working papers) is never analyzed, sold, monetized, or used for third-party AI training. Your firm's confidential client records remain completely segregated and private.
2. Clear Distinction of Information Collected
Audexflow maintains a strict cryptographic and legal barrier between two distinct classes of data:
Firm administrator contact details, billing email, login credentials, and anonymized feature usage telemetry used solely for platform operation.
Encrypted client records, bank statements, and working papers stored in tenant-isolated vaults accessible solely by authorized firm personnel.
3. Data Retention & 100% Portability
You retain complete ownership of your data at all times. Upon subscription termination or upon request, Audexflow provides full data export options (structured PDF, Excel, and organized ZIP archives of all uploaded working papers). Following export verification, all tenant database records and document blobs are permanently purged from our active and backup server clusters within 30 days.
4. Professional Practice Confidentiality & Jurisdiction
Audexflow respects the statutory duty of confidentiality binding Chartered Accountants under the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 and ICAI Code of Ethics. All data processing occurs on Indian cloud infrastructure and is governed by Indian law.
